​Welcome to the Bison and Bee Baking Company!

We are a cottage sourdough bakery based in Limestone, TN that is proud to be serving the Tri-Cities region.  Except for announced market days, all of our bread is made-to-order to ensure that you are getting the freshest and best that we have to offer.  Baking is done once a week on the weekends, so once your order is placed, it should be ready for pickup or delivery the following Monday.

At the moment, we are only taking pre-orders.  However, we are looking to expand to a farm stand within the year.
